Geologist & Modelling Supervisor

About the role

This role involves geology model management, coal volume reconciliation, and exploration activities for coal mining operations across multiple IUP areas.

Key responsibilities

• Update geology models monthly
• Perform reconciled coal volume calculations based on actual survey data against geology models monthly
• Consolidate all geology data into an integrated database
• Conduct preliminary review of geological conditions for IUP areas
• Perform survey inspections and mine visits for IUP areas
• Evaluate exploration data for IUP areas
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly integration activities with mining operations
• Perform exploration activities in IUP areas and beyond
• Provide support for required compliance documentation
• Execute Exploration and Development Objectives and Targets

About you

• Minimum education: SMK to Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Bachelor's degree background in Geology Engineering
• Minimum work experience: 2-5 years
• Experience in coal exploration drilling
• Data validation experience
• Geology modelling experience
• Coal quality control experience
