Geospatial Analytics

Requirements:

• Have intermediate experience in geospatial and location-based data analysis, preferably within the telecommunications/network domain.
• Able to analyze network quality and performance by geographic dimensions, including region, area, cell, site, cluster, or user location.
• Able to identify spatial performance gaps, coverage issues, and areas with degraded network quality.
• Experienced in analyzing network KPI and QoE data based on geographic location.
• Able to correlate geographic information with network performance, traffic, customer experience, and service quality data.
• Familiar with analyzing network performance at different geographic levels, such as province, city, district, region, site, and cell.
• Able to identify geographic hotspots, performance clusters, coverage gaps, and areas with abnormal network behavior.
• Familiar with map-based visualization for presenting network quality and coverage information.
• Able to perform spatial and temporal analysis to identify changes in network performance across locations and time periods.
• Familiar with telecom location-related data such as cell ID, site ID, latitude/longitude, coverage area, and user location data.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and aggregating location-based network data.
• Familiar with Python/Pandas and geospatial tools/libraries such as GeoPandas, Folium, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Familiar with GIS or geospatial visualization platforms is an advantage.
• Able to interpret geographic analysis results and translate them into actionable network performance insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Location / Coverage Analysis — Intermediate ability to analyze network quality and customer experience across regions, areas, cells/sites, and user locations, identify spatial performance gaps and hotspots, and visualize geographic patterns to support network troubleshooting and optimization.
