Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong project management skills
Experience with geotechnical software and tools
Knowledge of soil mechanics and foundation design principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and mentor team members
