We are looking to make all of our products extremely robust and are looking to hire an HVAC and refrigeration engineer to assist with quality testing and design.

Duties

• Assembly, testing, and quality control of heat pumps and ground loop heat exchangers.
• Prepare heat pump sub-assemblies, working in one of the work cells involving foam insulation, pipe dry fitting, brazing and sheet metal preparation. No prior experience required.
• Occasional field work assisting with installation of geothermal ground loops alongside senior field team.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Must have a good understanding of the scientific method, must be able to isolate problems methodically to create consistent, repeatable results.

Must have a good eye for quality and be able to create good documentation.

Self starter

A valid driver's license

Flexibility to travel

Help build the next generation of heat pumps.

Expand your understanding of geothermal and refrigeration systems

Experience:

2-5 years minimum of technical experience

Experience working with residential geothermal projects is a plus.

Brazing experience is a plus
