GEP SMART Functional Support Specialist – Source to Contract (S2C)

We are looking for a GEP SMART Functional Support Specialist to provide functional support for the Source-to-Contract (S2C) module within the GEP SMART platform.

The role will support end users, troubleshoot functional issues, assist with system configuration and master data, and work with procurement, IT and vendor teams to ensure smooth system operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level functional support for GEP SMART S2C.
• Support sourcing activities including RFI, RFP, RFQ, sourcing events and e-auctions.
• Support Contract Management and contract lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and escalate technical issues when required.
• Assist with workflows, user access, roles, permissions and master data maintenance.
• Support UAT, system updates, patches and new feature releases.
• Prepare SOPs, FAQs, user guides and issue documentation.
• Support end-user training and system adoption.
• Work with procurement, IT and GEP/vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor tickets, resolution timelines, system usage and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare regular support and system usage reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement systems or application support.
• Hands-on experience with GEP SMART S2C/S2P is strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer or Ivalua is also considered.
• Good understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or similar ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence in Kuala Lumpur.

Preferred Certifications

• GEP SMART Functional/Administrator Certification
• CIPS
• ITIL Foundation
• SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer or similar S2P/S2C certification

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
