REMUNERAÇÃO
Salário fixo: R$ 3.200,00
Comissões sobre vendas
Bonificação de R$ 300,00 por comprometimento e pontualidade
BENEFÍCIOS
Vale-transporte
Vale-alimentação: R$ 12,00 por dia
HORÁRIO
De segunda a sexta, das 10h às 18h, e sábado até às 17h.
O horário poderá sofrer alterações conforme a necessidade da loja.
PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES
- Acompanhar e gerenciar a equipe comercial;
- Realizar negociações e o fechamento de vendas;
- Acompanhar o desempenho, horário e folgas das vendedoras;
- Criar e acompanhar campanhas comerciais;
- Acompanhar metas, resultados e indicadores de vendas;
- Acompanhar a equipe, horários e rotina da loja;
- Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e motivação da equipe;
REQUISITOS
- Experiência anterior com liderança de equipe;
- Experiência em vendas;
Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
