Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product development and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced English skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end electronic product development projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
