About The Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join our Four Star Forbes Cayo Levantado Resort As a Sales Manager you will source potential new clients for Cayo Levantado Resort, ensuring alignment with standards and the highest luxury benchmarks (Forbes). Your mission will be to maximize revenue, strengthen brand positioning, and drive sustainable growth across international markets.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

• Develop and implement account development plans to maximize revenue in the short and long term.
• Execute the hotel's annual commercial plan within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.

Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas

About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel management, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
• 5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization.
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced)
• Experience in luxury properties, independet or international chains with a very good understanding of the American Market and luxury conosrtias and travel parteners like Virtuoso.
