What they need
Company Description
Founded in 2016, Kronos Health is dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare delivery, prioritizing a patient-centered approach. We believe quality care takes time and that healthcare excellence is not defined by the number of visits per hour. We care for patients in the office, their homes and three senior living facilities. In the office providers average two visits per hour and outside the office, 7-8 visits per day. Our work is supported by a robust care management team with nursing and social work. In addition to traditional western medicine, we have on-site behavioral health, chiropractic and myofascial medicine, acupuncture, hypnosis, group visits, yoga, massage and exercise programs. Our entire team is exceptionally experienced, dedicated and kind.
In recognition of our work, Aledade, one of the largest value-based care organizations in the country, named Kronos Health one of four "Centers of Excellence" from among the 3500 practices they support nationwide.
