German - Chat representative

We are looking for a Non-Voice German Customer Support Representative with Basic to Intermediate German proficiency, particularly in written communication, to provide customer support through chat and email.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving basic technical and administrative concerns, and providing clear, accurate, and professional responses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Google Translate or other translation tools to understand and respond to German-language customer communications while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic to Intermediate German proficiency, particularly in written communication
• Proficient in using Google Translate or other translation tools
• Basic to Intermediate spoken German is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate responses
