Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional inbound customer support in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting service standards.
• Collaborate with an international and supportive team.

Requirements

• Fluent German
• Good command of English
