Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German and English.
• Assist customers with digital service platforms, account queries, and technological features.
• Ensure highest customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering empathetic, accurate, and prompt solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support and team leaders to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) + Strong Business English (B2+).
• Must already reside in Portugal with legal right to work (Tax ID / NIF & Social Security).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first, empathetic mindset.
• Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shift schedules.
• Reliable high-speed home internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace.

Work Logistics

• Equipment: Shipped to your door if >50km from office; in-person pickup if 50km.
