• Account: Image & Video Editing Software

• Salary: PHP 90,000
• Work Schedule: Mid Shift | 3:00 PM – 12:00 MN | Weekends Off
• Work Setup: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Open to Bachelor’s, Associate, or Vocational degree holders.
• Customer Service or Technical Support experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
• Can start as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in both German and English.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in company systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate teams and follow through to ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver efficient, courteous, and professional support to German-speaking customers while maintaining high service standards.
