Team Lead, Hire to Retire – Germany

Location: Office location to be confirmed | 60% onsite, 40% home office

Start date: 1 November 2026

Contract: Maternity leave cover, planned for two years (12 months + 12 months)

We’re looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee hire-to-retire services for the Germany market. You’ll lead and develop the H2R team, keep employee processes running accurately and on time, and help improve how services are delivered.

What you’ll do

• Take overall responsibility for hire-to-retire activities for Germany.
• Lead, support and develop the H2R team.
• Oversee onboarding, employee life-cycle changes, offboarding and payroll deadlines.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalations and complex cases.
• Improve processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and standardisation.
• Support transformation initiatives and HR system projects.
• Work closely with HR business partners, P&O operations teams and business stakeholders.
• Review KPIs and turn findings into practical improvements.

German and English Language a must.
