Job Description: We are hiring German Bilingual Customer Support Executives for an international voice process. The role involves handling customer queries in both German and English over calls, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in German& English
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to SLAs
Eligibility Criteria: • Proficiency in German (B2 or above preferred)
Good command over English communication
Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience
Prior customer support or voice process experience is a plus
