Role & responsibilities

experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, shared services, or back-office operations.

• German language proficiency is mandatory. • B1/B2 certification in German is compulsory.
• Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations will be preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and process orientation. Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work from office in Bangalore and support business requirements as applicable. • Exposure to HR systems or learning platforms will be an added advantage. PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
