About the Role:

Innoture Digital Edge is looking for an experienced German Language Trainer to conduct live online, practical, and engaging German language training programs for students and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should be able to teach German from beginner to advanced levels, with a strong focus on speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and real-life communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live online German language training sessions.
• Teach German from A1 to B2/C1 levels, based on student requirements.
• Teach German grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, and pronunciation.
• Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Conduct conversational German and real-life communication practice.
• Provide practical exercises, activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Use interactive teaching methods to improve student participation and communication skills.
• Prepare students for relevant German language certification examinations.
• Provide exam-oriented practice, mock tests, and preparation guidance.
• Resolve student doubts and provide individual learning support.
• Guide students through practical communication exercises and assessments.
• Maintain an interactive and engaging online learning environment.

Requirements:

• Strong command of the German language.
• Ability to teach German from beginner to advanced levels.
• C1/C2 German proficiency or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Good knowledge of German grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversational skills.
• Experience preparing students for German language certification examinations is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain German language concepts clearly to beginners and working professionals.
• Prior online training or teaching experience is preferred.
• Experience teaching German for academic, professional, or examination purposes is an added advantage.

Compensation:
