Role Description The German Language Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharuch. This role involves planning and delivering German language lessons to learners preparing for study abroad and international opportunities, using appropriate teaching methods and materials for different proficiency levels. The trainer will assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and interactive activities, and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. Daily responsibilities include developing lesson plans, updating teaching resources, maintaining class records, and collaborating with other trainers and consultants to align language training with students’ academic and visa requirements. The trainer will also participate in counseling sessions when needed to explain language pathways and support learners’ overall study plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level or equivalent certification; higher proficiency is an advantage).
• Strong skills in Language Teaching and Lesson Planning, with the ability to design structured, learner-centered German language sessions.
• Demonstrated Teaching and Education experience, preferably in language institutes or training centers.
• Background or familiarity with Literature related to German language and culture to enrich classroom content.
• Effective classroom management and communication skills, with the ability to engage learners of diverse backgrounds.
• Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms to support teaching and assessment.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Languages, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bharuch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to institutional processes and schedules.
