German Scheduler

Job Summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical German Scheduler to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing workforce schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage, meet operational requirements, and support service-level objectives across German-speaking accounts.

The ideal candidate should have strong scheduling and analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Operations and WFM teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain workforce schedules based on forecasted demand, staffing requirements, and business needs.
• Ensure optimal staffing coverage across shifts, queues, and time intervals.
• Monitor real-time staffing levels and adjust schedules to address operational changes.
• Manage shift swaps, schedule changes, overtime, vacations, and other staffing requests.
• Coordinate with Operations, WFM, and Team Leaders to maintain adequate coverage.
• Identify staffing gaps and recommend corrective actions to support service-level targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly scheduling reports.
• Support intraday management and operational decision-making.
• Ensure schedules comply with business rules, working hours, and employee availability.
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

• German proficiency at B2/C1 level or above , with good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in Workforce Management, Scheduling, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve staffing gaps.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends when required.
• Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WFM platforms such as Verint, NICE IEX, Genesys, Aspect, or similar tools.
• Understanding of forecasting, capacity planning, shrinkage, and service-level metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing workforce reports.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
