German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

This is a hybrid role based in Bucharest. Join an international team as a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor , supporting customers across multiple channels and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site & 2 days remote

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent contract

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

German: C1–C2

English: Minimum B2

Base Net Salary: 5,569 RON/month

Hybrid/Work Setup Allowance: 400 RON net/month

Total Base Net Income: 5,969 RON net/month

Meal Vouchers: 25 RON per worked day

About The Role As a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor , you will communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat , helping them with their inquiries and providing professional, solution-oriented support.

You will also document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems, collaborate with internal teams, escalate more complex cases when necessary, and identify relevant cross-selling or upselling opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide German-speaking customer support via phone, email, and live chat
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries
• Escalate complex cases when required
• Identify appropriate cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication

What We Are Looking For

• German proficiency at C1–C2 level, both spoken and written
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for internal communication
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Customer-focused, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office
• Customer service experience or confidence communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction documentation
• Comfortable with cross-selling and upselling
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
