In this role, you will process incoming documents, accurately enter information into a web-based system, and communicate directly with German-speaking customers when additional clarification is required.

What You'll Do

• Process scanned documents received from our European client.
• Accurately enter handwritten and printed information into a web-based system.
• Verify information for completeness and accuracy.
• Contact German-speaking customers by telephone when clarification or additional information is required.
• Deliver high-quality work while meeting agreed service levels.

We're Looking For Required

• German language proficiency of at least A2 level (spoken and written); B1 or higher is an advantage
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer skills and confidence using web-based applications
• Professional communication skills with a courteous telephone manner
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience in data processing, customer service, administration, or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
• German language certifications such as Goethe, TELC, ÖSD, or equivalent
