• Location: Budapest, Hungary, 9th District, Mill Park office building
• Working hours: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00)

What You’ll Do

• Support customers via phone and email
• Resolve and escalate eSignature-related issues
• Proactively identify bugs and product improvements
• Meet SLAs and deliver outstanding customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in Technical or Customer Support
• Advanced understanding of SaaS model and API solutions
• Strong communication skills, fluent English + German
• Customer‑first mindset, problem‑solving attitude
• Salesforce experience is a plus
