The position is remote, but candidates must be based in Athens, Greece. We also welcome applications from international candidates who are willing to relocate to Greece.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer support to German-speaking customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with basic issues and requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented approach.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Native-level German is mandatory.
• B2 level of English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
• Must be based in Athens, Greece, or be willing to relocate to Greece from abroad.

No previous customer support experience is required — full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
