Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to German-speaking customers through inbound calls.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and deliver clear, practical solutions.
• Investigate customer enquiries and resolve technical difficulties efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent German (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy and a genuine interest in technology.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
• Legal eligibility to work in Romania.
• Willingness to relocate to Bucharest if not already based there.
