What they need
German Support – Chat/Email Support (Back Office) role providing customer support through chat and email channels in a back-office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle chat and email support in a back-office environment
- Communicate with customers in German through written channels
About you
- Senior High School, High School, or College Graduate
- At least Basic to Intermediate German proficiency, particularly in written communication
- Certificate/proof of completion from an online German language course
- Ability to speak German verbally is a plus
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Translate and other online translation tools
- Currently located in Cebu with a valid working visa (for foreign candidates)
