German Technical Support Agent (Level 1 or 1.5)

Our international IT consulting partner is looking for German-speaking candidates to join their IT Support team. Whether you are starting your IT career or already have Service Desk experience, this is a great opportunity to grow in a global environment. Full training and continuous support are provided.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Level 1: Resolve common IT issues (password resets, access requests, basic troubleshooting) and escalate complex cases to higher support tiers.
• Level 1.5: Provide advanced application and infrastructure support, mentor Level 1 team members, and contribute to service improvement.
• Own tickets end-to-end, ensuring accurate documentation and clear user communication until resolution.

Required skills:

• Fluent German language skills and intermediate English proficiency.
• Minimum high school diploma
• Level 1: Interest in IT and willingness to learn; previous IT experience is not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Level 1.5: Minimum 1 year of IT technical support experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
