We are currently looking for a German Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sete Rios, Lisbon .

💻 Your responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to our client’s customers

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues

• Guide customers through the appropriate solutions

• Record all issues and solutions accurately in the company’s database

• Collaborate with other support team members to deliver an excellent customer experience

🔎 What we are looking for

• Native level of German

• Fluency in English

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Technical Support

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Experience with CRM tools and customer support software is considered an advantage

• Availability to work fully onsite in Sete Rios, Lisbon

• Availability to start as soon as possible
