Gestionnaire de projet / Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Gestionnaire de projet / Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee multiple project assignments through their full lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on planning, coordination, and execution. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep initiatives on track, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear communication throughout each phase of the work. The ideal candidate will bring experience in office renovation and commercial real estate environments, along with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and relocation-related technical requirements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000+ annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple projects through various development phases
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects
• Identify and address risks and logistical issues regarding projects
• Proactively manage project-related issues on accounts or assignments
• Conduct and document all weekly project meetings
• Maintain accurate files and documentation for projects
• Assist in training and developing team members in best practices

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management
• 5 years of experience in interior office renovations
• Commercial real estate, architectural, or construction industry experience is required
• Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling
• Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
