GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Assist in production planning, manpower allocation, and line balancing.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain production records, hourly production reports, and rejection data.
• Identify production losses, downtime, and process abnormalities.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Material departments to resolve production issues.
• Support 5S activities, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and work instructions.
• Assist in reducing rejection, rework, and material wastage.
• Participate in daily production meetings and improvement activities

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
