Qualifications for a Hotel Reservations Account Customer Service Representative

• High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate
• No BPO, call center, hotel, or reservations experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
• Career shifters are welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn reservation systems and processes
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required

Hotel Reservations Account Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities

As a Hotel Reservations Account Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers with hotel reservations and booking inquiries
• Provide information about room availability, rates, and booking details
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests
• Explain hotel policies, amenities, and reservation details
• Process special requests and reservation updates
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Document customer interactions using company systems
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Follow account procedures and service standards
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
