Job Summary

Sandhar Technologies Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) from the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches to join its automotive manufacturing operations. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to manufacturing processes, production, quality, maintenance, and other technical functions, depending on their educational background and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
• Assist in monitoring production targets, productivity, and process efficiency.
• Support quality inspections, defect analysis, and corrective actions.
• Understand manufacturing processes, machinery, equipment, and technical drawings.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and implementing cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain production reports, quality records, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Participate in technical training and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other engineering responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Production, or related engineering disciplines.
• Candidates must be from the 2025 or 2026 pass-out batches.
• Freshers are preferred.
