Job Description: Nature Of Work:

• Knowledge of Sheet Metal Operation
• Knowledge of Laser, TPP & Bending Process
• Knowledge of ISO 9000
• Knowledge of ERP System
• Knowledge of Drawing reading
• Able to manage 40 no’s Team Size

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all process About Press Shop.
• Resolving Production issue Occurred in shift.
• Set work sequences and communicating to the subordinate and ensure.
• Update Daily Production Reports
• Take necessary actions and decisions to control Rejection/Rework
• Maintains quality products by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Provide training enhancing technical skills of Casuals and workman.
• Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives.
• Investigate production and process issues providing technical support.
• Ensure and update production entries in ERP system.
• Move material daily basis to next operation.
• Rearrange Production sequences according to Internal as well as external Customer needs.
• Provides suggestions and valid inputs for existing product as well as for new product development.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest and implement improvements.
• Shift change & Extra hours duty form filling.
