Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Mechanical Department: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Industry: Construction / Building Services Experience: Fresher to 2 years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the execution of mechanical MEP works at construction sites.
• Support installation of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation systems.
• Assist in the installation of ducting, chilled water piping, and refrigerant piping.
• Read and understand MEP drawings, HVAC layouts, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Monitor site activities to ensure work follows approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, civil, and fire-fighting teams to avoid service clashes.
• Assist in material inspection, quantity verification, and material requisitions.
• Monitor subcontractor work and ensure proper installation quality.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site inspection requests, and work completion records.
• Support testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB), HVAC commissioning, and equipment testing.
• Follow project safety requirements and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants and senior engineers during site inspections.

Required Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP services.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings and construction layouts.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit MEP is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ducting, piping, pumps, fans, and HVAC equipment.
• Understanding of BOQ, material take-off, and site measurements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
