Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks with accuracy and timeliness, supporting team and departmental objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and compliance standards
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Support project planning, coordination, and delivery within established timelines

Requirements

• Work on creating technical documentation within stated SLA and with minimal or no revisions
• Use available technology tools for execution of processes for efficiency
• Collaborate with sales to gather information and understand technical concepts scope in order to effectively communicate them through written materials
• Maintain documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval of information
• Actively follow 5S procedures and participate in 5S / Kaizen / System Improvement activities
• Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to communicate technical requirements and documentation
• Collaborate with customer for submitting and receiving approvals for technical documentation, resolving queries and escalating wherever slippage is observed
