Job Title: GET - Quality Engineer / Inspection Engineer (Documentation)

Experience: 0-2 Year Location: Chennai (Perungudi)

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Automation, Solar, electronics manufacturing).
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE, ECE) from a recognized institution.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer / Inspection Engineer (Documentation) with 0-2 year of experience to ensure products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards and specifications. The candidate will support quality assurance activities, conduct inspections, and assist in implementing quality control procedures.

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Verify products and materials as per drawings, specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Conduct dimensional inspection using vernier caliper, micrometre, height gauge, dial gauge, and other measuring instruments. DFT Meters, Multi Meter, Clamp Meter.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper quality records and documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of QA/QC procedures as per ISO 9001 standards.
• Monitor calibration status of measuring instruments and maintain calibration records.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain daily and weekly quality reports.
• Support supplier quality inspections if required.
• Knowledge of QA/OC procedures for three-line inspections.
• Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement corrective actions through CAPA procedures.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of quality control activities using Excel spreadsheets.
• Provide technical support to resolve customer complaints related to product quality issues.
