GHL Developer & Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As a GHL Developer & Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing GoHighLevel systems, automations, and integrations for a US-based business.

You will be expected to:

• Manage the technical setup of GoHighLevel agency accounts and sub-accounts.
• Build and maintain workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, custom fields, snapshots, and other CRM configurations.
• Develop automations for appointments, lead assignment, customer follow-up, notifications, and onboarding processes.
• Create reusable snapshots and configurations across multiple accounts.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with external applications using APIs and webhooks.
• Use Make, n8n, Zapier, or other automation platforms when appropriate.
• Develop custom solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when GHL’s native features are not sufficient.
• Write backend scripts using Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies when necessary.
• Work with JSON, authentication, OAuth, field mapping, and API responses.
• Investigate failed automations, duplicate records, missing information, and incorrect field mappings.
• Test and troubleshoot changes before implementing them in live client accounts.
• Document important automations and integrations for future maintenance.
• Investigate technical issues reported by customers or internal teams.
• Communicate with US-based stakeholders when technical requirements or platform limitations need to be clarified.

Who We’re Looking For

We encourage you to apply if you have:

• Hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel agency accounts and sub-accounts.
• Practical experience with GHL workflows, triggers, custom fields, pipelines, snapshots, and webhooks.
• Experience connecting GoHighLevel with external applications through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one backend language or environment, preferably Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Working knowledge of JSON, authentication, OAuth, field mapping, and API responses.
• Experience using Postman or another method for testing API requests.
• Experience with at least one automation platform such as Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly.
• Ability to work Philippine night-shift hours aligned with US business hours.
• A dependable work-from-home setup, including reliable internet and backup connectivity.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, databases, React, GoHighLevel Marketplace applications, Twilio, LC Phone, email deliverability, or white-label SaaS accounts is an advantage.

Important:

This is a technical development and integration position.

We are not looking for candidates whose experience is limited to basic GoHighLevel setup, funnel building, or simple no-code workflows.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate actual GHL development, automation, troubleshooting, or integration work that they personally completed.

Shortlisted applicants may be required to complete a practical technical assessment involving webhook data, data transformation, and the GoHighLevel API.
