GHL Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth and organized transition from initial setup to successful implementation.

You will be expected to:

• Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, needs, and expectations.
• Collect and organize information, documents, credentials, and other onboarding requirements.
• Guide clients through the necessary onboarding steps and provide clear instructions.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams regarding client requirements.
• Monitor onboarding progress and ensure tasks are completed within expected timelines.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending information, approvals, and requirements.
• Identify onboarding concerns and escalate technical or operational issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation.
• Keep clients informed about their onboarding status and next steps.
• Conduct onboarding calls, meetings, and walkthroughs when necessary.
• Help ensure clients are properly prepared before moving to the next stage of the process.
• Document recurring onboarding concerns and recommend improvements to the onboarding process.
• Maintain a professional and positive client experience throughout the onboarding journey.

Who We’re Looking For

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Availability to work Philippine night-shift hours aligned with US business hours.
• A reliable work-from-home setup and stable internet connection.
• Experience with GoHighLevel, CRM platforms, SaaS onboarding, client implementation, project coordination, customer success, technical support, or automation platforms is an advantage.
