GHL ( General Affair, Human Resource, Legal ) Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law / Psychology / Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Experience in a property developer / Real Estate company is preferred.
• Strong in Legal, HR and GA function area : Legal, Land and Permit, Recruitment, General Affair, Industrial Relation, HR Policy and Procedures.
• Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willing to be placed in All Metland Residential Project ( West Java )

Job Description:

• Supervise daily operations of General Affairs, HR, Recruitment, and Legal functions.
• Monitor legal documents, company permits, employment contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, selection, and manpower fulfillment.
• Responsible in HR Administration Activity: (attendance, employee data, headcount, turnover, HRIS, monthly report, employee relation & communication, employee engagement, and retention).
• Industrial Relation (conduct disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies, etc).
• Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning and housekeeping services.
• Coordinate with related departments and prepare operational reports for management.
