Duties

• Assist customers in selecting gifts, providing product information, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with professionalism
• Upsell products by suggesting complementary items and special offers to increase customer satisfaction and store revenue
• Keep the shop organized by restocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Engage in active communication with customers in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, to serve diverse visitors effectively
• Handle phone inquiries courteously, providing information about store hours, products, or services while practicing excellent phone etiquette

Skills
