Duties

• Wrap a variety of purchases with precision, creativity, and care to meet customer expectations
• help pull orders to be wrapped
• Maintain a clean, organized wrapping station, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible
• Manage multiple wrapping tasks efficiently during busy periods while upholding quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and politely, ensuring satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions for gift wrap services accurately and responsibly
• Support merchandising efforts by displaying gift wrapping materials attractively and replenishing stock as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele effectively
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cashiering procedures is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and pride in delivering high-quality gift wrapping services

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
