Job Summary

Geonix is developing an internal business application using Emergent to connect different business systems, including Zoho, CRM, HRMS, and other organisational software. The AI Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for understanding business requirements, developing application workflows, integrating business systems, and maintaining the application using AI-powered development tools and conventional programming technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Build and maintain Geonixs internal application using Emergent and other AI-powered development tools.
   2. Understand business processes and convert business requirements into practical software workflows.
   3. Integrate Zoho, CRM, HRMS, and other organisational systems using APIs and webhooks.
   4. Develop and customise frontend and backend components wherever required.
   5. Manage databases, authentication, user roles, and access permissions.
   6. Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
   7. Identify technical issues and implement improvements to enhance application performance and reliability.
   8. Maintain technical documentation related to application workflows, integrations, and system configurations.
   9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 1. 3-5 years of experience in full-stack or application development.
   2. Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
   3. Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and database management.
   4. Practical experience with AI development platforms such as Emergent, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, or Bolt.
   5. Experience developing and deploying applications with third-party API integrations.
   6. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
   7. Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 1. Experience with Zoho, CRM, HRMS, or ERP integrations.
   2. Knowledge of workflow automation and AI-assisted application development.
   3. Familiarity with application security, role-based access control, version control, and cloud deployment.
   4. Ability to understand AI-generated code and customise it when required.
