GIS & Data Assistant

LandVision Ltd is an independent and progressive land management consultancy company that works with farmers throughout the country to manage their land in a more sustainable and profitable way.

About the role -

We are currently seeking a GIS & Data Assistant to support a series of ongoing projects. This is a part-time role for 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• GIS digitising and spatial data processing.
• Data input and analysis.
• Document writing and reporting.
• General office support.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Knowledge of Earth Sciences, Agricultural Systems or Environmental Science is preferred but not essential.

Position Details:

• 24 hours per week with flexible working arrangements.
• Competitive part-time salary.
• Desirable office location – Mount Maunganui.
