About the role
We are looking for an experienced GIS Specialist with insurance domain knowledge to manage, analyze, and visualize geographic data for insurance-related applications. The candidate will work with GIS technologies and spatial analytics to support risk assessment, property underwriting, catastrophe modeling, claims management, and location-based decision-making.

- Manage, analyze, and visualize geographic data for insurance-related applications
- Work with GIS technologies and spatial analytics to support risk assessment
- Support property underwriting and catastrophe modeling
- Support claims management and location-based decision-making
About you
- Strong experience with GIS tools
- Knowledge of spatial analysis, geocoding, mapping, and geospatial data management
- Experience working with spatial databases such as PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, or SQL Server
- Proficiency in SQL and experience handling geographic datasets
- Understanding of coordinate systems, projections, raster and vector data
- Experience with geospatial data integration, validation, and quality control
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
