GL Accountant（短期合同）

该职位来源于猎聘 接替产假员工，工作至2027年4月 Job Responsibilities:

• Monthly financial closing and PRC reporting, global monthly/quarterly report timely and accurately.
• Check AP/AR entries during MEC period, focus on expense floating, ensure P&L report appropriately.
• Perform GL daily work and coordinate GL processing to ensure period-end closing activities done completely & smoothly, accrual, depreciation, expense allocation, affiliated company reconciliation business etc.
• Perform balance sheet review and clear accounts reconciliation, follow up open issues and take immediate actions.
• Reports required for local government monthly and yearly.
• Handle all tax related matters within group and with tax Bureau, including non-trade withholding tax filling, monthly VAT declaration, annual income tax reports etc.
• Participate Audits from both Internal and External Auditors, prepare audit PBC list then to follow up any issues identified.
• Assisting to FM at data analysis per business requirement, fixed assets management, CAPEX/OOCC report.
• Assist and support GL Manager on process improvements, SOP management.
• Other ad hoc assignments. Requirements:
• University graduate with major in accounting or finance
• Good English Reading and Writing skill, CET-4
• At least 5 years in GL account role in large enterprise groups (Finance Centre, integration experience or Intermediate certification is a plus)
• Familiar with PRC, IFRS and group accounting guidelines
• Could work under pressure, self-motivated and good communication skills.
• Good excel capability.
