What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, journals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and SAP accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of FICO (Financial Information Control System) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software is required; experience with other ERP systems an asset.
