🌟 COME WORK WITH US! 🌟

Want to work at Australia’s biggest music festivals and sporting events while traveling to epic locations with a fun crew?

Happy Glamper has been setting up unique glamping accommodation across VIC & NSW since 2013. We create stunning bell tent villages for Beyond the Valley, Pitch Music Festival, Moto GP, Bathurst 12hr Supercars, plus weddings and private events.

👷 About the Job

You’ll be part of our Events Crew, helping set up and pack down luxury tents and styling elements that transform festivals, weddings, and events.

• Styling tents so they look amazing inside & out
• Travelling to cool spots around Victoria & NSW (overnight trips included)

💡 Why You’ll Love It

• Work at huge festivals and sporting events (Beyond the Valley, Moto GP & more!)
• Spend your days outdoors — beaches, wineries, farms, festivals
• Travel and stay away with the team (these trips are always a blast!)
• Flexible hours: heaps of work in peak season (Oct–April), more chill in winter
• A fun, supportive crew who work hard but also have a great time

• Positive, reliable, and ready to muck in
• Team players with plenty of energy
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, tents, carrying gear)

• Driver’s licence is a big bonus (and confidence to drive vans/trucks is even better!)
• No experience needed — just a good attitude and willingness to learn
