For Trainees / New to the role

We’re looking for, dedicated, willing, tidy, reliable, people with a wiliness to learn who need to be hard working and have an abundance of common sense.

You will be expected to move around the factory & be trained on every job function which makes a double glazing unit.

Age doesn’t matter (over 18 though), need to be fit & healthy, and capable of some heavy lifting.

We’re operate various shift hours from between the hours 6:30am - 12:00pm so flexibility is expected - Mainly 8:00-16:30

PPE provided but need work trousers/jeans and safety boots.

Starting Wage £12.75 per Hour, moving onto the potential of a bonus and quality system after the probation period which could elevate earnings per hour for the right candidates.

We offer a route to £30,000.00 - so there is progression for candidates in the future
