Glass Process Worker - PM Shift

We have an opportunity available at our Highbrook, Auckland plant for someone to join our production team. Previous manufacturing, machine operation or glass processing experience is preferred, but it’s not essential — the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most. Full training will be provided, along with PPE, uniform and safety boots.

This is hands-on work in a busy production environment — fast-paced, physical and practical. If you like keeping busy, working as part of a solid crew and taking pride in a job well done, you’ll fit right in.

What we’re looking for

• Previous manufacturing, machine operating or production experience is preferred, but not essential
• A great attitude andgenuine willingness to learn
• A strong work ethic — you turn up, get stuck in and pull your weight
• Reliable, organised and switched on
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy production environment
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• A genuine commitment to Health & Safety
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills would be an advantage
