With more than 60,000 completed projects, we’re known for delivering high-quality, innovative and reliable building envelope solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional clients.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Glazing Project Manager to play a key role in overseeing and executing complex glazing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality delivery, safety compliance, and budget adherence. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a proactive, solutions-focused individual looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a leading-edge construction company.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end management of multiple glazing and building envelope projects, ranging in scale from $100K to $10M

  • Review and develop project budgets, tender documents, and cost-tracking systems to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, fabricators, consultants, and glazing installers to coordinate project execution, contract administration, schedule development, material selection, and field logistics

  • Interpret architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure the proper installation of curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, railings, doors, and canopies, all in compliance with applicable codes and technical requirements

  • Develop and maintain accurate project forecasts, budgets, schedules, and material delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with production and site activities

  • Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of custom glazing systems, aluminum framing, and specialty components. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule expectations are met

  • Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks to supporting team members, ensuring effective workload distribution and accountability

  • Oversee project coordination, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and quality assurance documentation in alignment with construction workflows

  • Utilize platforms such as Jonas, Bluebeam, Excel, Adobe, CAD/SketchUp, and project management software to plan, track, and report on project progress

  • Lead site meetings and progress reviews, proactively resolving field issues to ensure timely resolution, clear communication, and client satisfaction

  • Enforce strict safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality control procedures throughout all project phases

Deliver results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and leadership

What You Bring to the Team

  • Minimum of 5 years of glazing project management experience, with strong exposure to curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, canopies, windows, doors, and railing systems

  • Post-secondary education in architectural technology, construction management, or a related discipline preferred

  • PMP designation or equivalent certification is considered an asset

  • Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million

  • Hands-on installation experience is an asset, especially in fast-turnaround commercial projects

  • Deep understanding of construction contracts, documentation workflows, and the full project lifecycle

  • Demonstrated ability to forecast project costs and manage budgets with accuracy and confidence

  • Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and engineered designs

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
