Contract Duration: 12 months with a likely extension

Hourly Range: $30 - $38 per hour

Employment: W-2 Contract | Hourly rate based on experience

Join a global pharmaceutical organization supporting learning and development programs across international and regional teams.

We are seeking an organized, service-oriented L&D Program Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of employee development programs, coordinate training logistics, maintain learning records, and partner with HR, facilitators, vendors, and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, communications, and execution of global and regional learning programs.
• Manage participant registrations, attendance, completion tracking, evaluations, and program documentation.
• Maintain learning management system (LMS) content and training materials.
• Coordinate with HR partners, facilitators, vendors, and international stakeholders.
• Track program deliverables, resolve routine issues, and help ensure a positive learner experience.
• Support onsite training events, including preparing materials, arranging rooms, welcoming visitors, and moving supplies weighing approximately 20–25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant L&D, training coordination, HR, or related program support experience.
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating meetings, training events, schedules, and multiple deliverables.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse, international stakeholders.
• Proficiency with business applications and experience with an LMS preferred.
• Business-fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Basking Ridge approximately 1–4 days per week, depending on training events, and handling materials weighing 20–25 lbs.
